Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase of an O2X – SEO Tool license or update renewal (an “Order”). The software itself is licensed under the End User License Agreement (“EULA”). In these terms, “we” means O2 Digital, 128 Infirmary Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S6 3DH, United Kingdom, and “you” means the person or organisation placing the Order.

1. Our reseller: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your payment is made to Paddle under the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms, which apply to the payment together with these Terms of Sale. We never see or store your card details.

2. Who can buy

Licenses are offered only to customers whose billing address is in the United States of America. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract; if you buy for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it. We may refuse or cancel an Order that does not meet these conditions and refund it in full.

All products are one-time purchases. You choose the currency (US dollars, British pounds or euros) on the pricing page and pay in that currency. Prices are shown before sales tax. The final price, including any sales tax that Paddle must collect for your state, and the currency are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices for future Orders at any time; a change never affects an Order already paid.

4. No subscription, no automatic renewal

Every product is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews or is charged again without a new Order placed by you.

5. Delivery

The license key is delivered electronically by email to the address given at checkout, normally within minutes of payment. The software is downloaded from our website. If you have not received the key within 24 hours, contact o2x@seo2agency.com. An update renewal is applied to the license key you enter at checkout; the app shows the new update period after its next license check.

6. Free trial first

A free 30-day trial with every Agency feature is available before purchase so that you can check that the software suits your needs and your computer. Please use it: system requirements are listed on the Download page.

7. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as set out in the Refund Policy. A refunded license, or a license whose payment is charged back, is deactivated.

8. Invoices and taxes

Paddle issues the receipt or invoice. If you need to add a company name or tax details to an invoice, use the link in the Paddle receipt or contact Paddle support.

9. Upgrades

A Solo license can be upgraded to an Agency license at any time on the Pricing page by paying the difference between the two list prices at the time of the upgrade. The license key and the update period stay the same. If the upgrade is refunded, the license returns to Solo and only the most recently used computer stays active.

10. Liability

The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in the EULA apply to every Order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under applicable law and that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Changes and contact
