Features

O2X – SEO Tool brings the work of a technical SEO audit and a site migration into one Windows application. Every module saves its results in the project of the website, so you can come back to any crawl, audit or test later.

Crawl – the whole site, safely

  • Pre-flight check before every crawl: robots.txt, XML sitemaps, HTTPS certificate, www / non-www and HTTP / HTTPS variants, AI crawler access and a sample crawl. It estimates the number of URLs, the disk space, memory and time needed, then asks you to confirm.
  • Checkpointed crawling in chunks: a crawl can be paused, resumed and survives a restart of the computer.
  • Polite speed presets – Polite (1 request/second), Normal (8/second) and Fast (25/second) – with automatic slow-down on HTTP 429 / 503 and Retry-After support.
  • Block detection: when a firewall or a challenge page starts blocking the crawl, O2X pauses, shows your public IP address to whitelist and resumes at a safer speed.
  • User agents: an honest O2X user agent, a Chrome browser or Googlebot Smartphone, with advice on which to use.
  • Password-protected staging sites are detected; the robots.txt and server settings are still checked, with a go-live checklist.
  • URL explorer with filters for every crawled URL: status, indexability, titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, hreflang, links in and out, response time and more.

SEO Audit – 176 checks, explained

Issues are grouped into 13 categories: Status Codes & Redirects, Crawlability & Indexability, On-Page, Content, Links, Robots.txt & Sitemaps, HTTPS & Security, International (hreflang), Structured Data, Performance, Mobile & Accessibility, JavaScript Rendering and AI Search Readiness. Each issue is marked as an error, warning or notice and explains what it is, its impact and how to fix it, with every affected URL. A health score summarises the site, and the full report downloads as a standalone HTML file.

Structured Data

  • Extracts JSON-LD (including @graph), Microdata and RDFa Lite from every page.
  • Validates types, properties and values against the complete Schema.org vocabulary and Google’s rich result requirements – required and recommended properties, dates, prices, currencies, GTINs, retired features.
  • Checks that marked-up content is visible on the page and flags self-serving reviews.
  • Gives a mechanically corrected copy of each item and recommends JSON-LD templates for the page types it detects (Organization, Product, Article, BreadcrumbList, LocalBusiness, Event, JobPosting, Recipe, VideoObject and more).
  • A validator for any URL or pasted code.

Robots.txt

  • Alerts when Googlebot, Bingbot or other Google crawlers (Images, Shopping, News) are blocked, and when important pages are blocked for Googlebot.
  • Shows which group of rules applies to each crawler – search engines and AI search / training bots.
  • Recommends rules for the detected platform (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal) and for the URL patterns found in the crawl: admin, cart, checkout, account, internal search, sorting and session parameters.
  • Finds private pages that should carry noindex, explains the noindex-before-Disallow order, and builds a suggested robots.txt that keeps your current rules.
  • URL tester and a live check for any site.

Compare Crawls

Compare two crawls of the same site: new and removed URLs, status code changes, and changes to titles, descriptions, H1, canonicals and indexability – ideal before and after a release.

URL List Check

Paste any list of URLs to check status codes, redirect chains and indexability, throttled per host. Results are saved and export to Excel or CSV.

Sitemap Generator

Builds XML sitemaps from the indexable pages of a crawl, with lastmod options; sites with more than 50,000 URLs get a sitemap index in a ZIP file.

Speed

Runs Lighthouse lab tests (installed from inside the app) or Google PageSpeed Insights for up to 100 pages per test, on mobile and desktop, with repeated runs for stable results: Core Web Vitals, performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO scores.

Site migrations

  • Three phases: baseline of the old live site, pre-launch checks of the new site on staging (with its password if needed) and post-launch monitoring.
  • Traffic data: import Google Search Console, GA4 and backlink exports, so URLs with traffic or links that the crawler did not find are kept too.
  • Automatic redirect mapping by path rules, matching content and text similarity, with review and bulk approval.
  • Server rules export for Apache (.htaccess), Nginx, IIS, Cloudflare Bulk Redirects, Netlify, Vercel, Caddy, WordPress (Redirection and Rank Math), Shopify, CSV and JSON.
  • Redirect test on a test host before launch, a pre-launch go / no-go report and a launch checklist with due dates.

Projects, exports and white-label

  • One project per website keeps every crawl, audit, test and migration together, shows the disk space each one uses and deletes them individually or all at once.
  • Exports everywhere: every table exports to Excel, CSV, HTML or PDF, and every report page to HTML or PDF, with readable file names.
  • White-label (Agency license): your logo, company details and brand colour head every export, the app shows your name and logo, and a desktop shortcut can use your logo. Exported files never name the tool.

Privacy by design

All crawl data, audits and reports stay on your computer in your user profile. O2X contacts our license server only to start the trial and to check the license, sending the license key, a one-way hash of the computer id, the computer name and the Windows and app versions.
