Refund Policy

We want you to be sure before you buy, which is why O2X – SEO Tool has a free 30-day trial with every Agency feature. If a purchase still does not work out for you, this policy applies.

14-day money-back guarantee

• You can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date of a license or an update renewal. No reason is required.
• After 14 days, refunds are given only where required by law or where the software cannot be used because of a defect that we could not fix within a reasonable time after you reported it.
• Duplicate purchases and accidental double orders are always refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Our reseller Paddle.com handles refunds. Use the link in the receipt email from Paddle, or contact paddle.net, or write to us at o2x@seo2agency.com with the email address used for the order, and we will arrange it with Paddle. The money is returned to the original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show it.

What happens to the license

When a license is refunded, it is deactivated on every computer and can no longer be activated. When an update renewal is refunded, the license goes back to its previous update period; when an upgrade is refunded, it goes back to a Solo license. Your projects and crawls stay on your computer.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank – we are happy to help. A license whose payment is charged back is suspended until the dispute is resolved.
