What “lifetime” means

• The license never expires. Every version released during your update period is yours to use forever.
• Your first 12 months of updates are included. After that you can keep using your versions, or renew updates for 40% of the license price for another 12 months.
• Renewal is never automatic – there is no subscription and nothing is charged without your action.

Renew updates

Enter your license key to see your current update period and renew it. The new period runs 12 months from the later of today or the end of your current period, so renewing early never loses time.

Upgrade from Solo to Agency

Already have a Solo license? Pay only the difference between the two plans ($430) and the same key becomes an Agency license, with 10 computers and full white-label. Your projects, computers and update period stay as they are.

Questions about buying

• Who sells the license? Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the payment, sales tax, invoice and refunds; the license itself is granted by O2 Digital under the End User License Agreement.
• Where is it available? Licenses are sold to customers in the United States only.
• How do I get the key? It is emailed to you right after payment. In the app open License, paste the key and press Activate.
• Can I get a refund? Yes – within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy.
• Can I upgrade from Solo to Agency? Yes, at any time – you pay only the difference. Use the upgrade form above.
• Do you sell more than 10 computers? Buy several Agency licenses, or contact support for a quote.
